How we proceed

Real change requires more than just good ideas – it requires the right levers.

We think in systems: we connect the dots and start where structural change is possible.

We are impact-driven: our initiatives follow a clear logic of action, shaped by a Theory of Change.

For transformation to succeed, we move two levers: we strengthen innovation at its source and build the conditions for it to thrive at scale. This also includes shaping policy frameworks where necessary.

Our PACT: Policy & Advocacy Climate Transition

To become climate neutral by 2050, Switzerland needs clear climate policy frameworks.

With PACT, Clima Now is bringing new momentum to the climate debate.

We co-create new solutions, build alliances and support selected partner projects. Our approach is systemic, with a clear focus on the ‘why.’

Financing climate solutions with our Spotlight Competition

Once a year, Spotlight shines a light on bold, impactful ideas from business and society.

In a multi-stage process, a jury and with public participation, selects seven projects. The highlight is the Pitch Night, where the finalists take the stage and compete for a total of CHF 90,000 in funding.

Spotlight is made possible by partner organisations and companies who, like us, believe in the power of innovation to drive change.

Shaping climate narratives deliberately: Climate Narrative Shaper

Climate action convinces where it connects to what matters to people: quality of life, security, innovation, and economic strength. This calls for narratives that unite rather than divide.
With the Narrative Shaper, we support organizations and people in developing a stance on climate action that resonates broadly across society.
A key tool for this is our climate narrative guide — a collaboration with Femke Bartels of Catalytic — building narratives rooted in their audience's own values, step by step.
